Fix Twitter video embeds on Discord

All twitter video embeds stopped working, now to see twitter videos on discord people have to open the page and watch it, in the past it wasn't like this, please fix.

  Yes, this! I don't understand why this is an issue. It used to work just fine, but now video embeds have been broken for months and it's really annoying.
