iOS NSFW solution

Looking at the recent event with Apple banning NSFW servers on iOS Discord, I believe I have a quite simple fix to allow the servers while keeping people safe if both parties agree. The concept is after Reddit’s recent additions of NSFW management options into their apps page in the settings app, this allows the user to control what content they see and how they want to see it. This can be applied in a very similar way for discord, allowing users to continue to use discord as they used to while keeping these options behind settings.
