Option to summarize deleted messages

Give server admins the option to summarize messages that have been deleted by them; sometimes people send messages that break our server rules, but the conversation surrounding the message doesn’t make sense without the context of that message. I’d like to be able to summarize messages when deleting them so as to preserve that context while still keeping everything in line with server rules. For example: someone sends a major spoiler, and then goes offline for hours and cannot go back to edit in a spoiler mark. I’d like to be able to delete that and replace their message with a spoiler-marked version that preserves the conversation while not breaking rules.
