Key bindings stopped working

Using the Mac Client, I have a global key binding to toggle mute. It's set to F19 on my keyboard.

After the most recent update it stopped working. Doesn't working in global scope or when Discord is the active application.

I'm on MacOS 11.2.3 (Mac Mini M1, 2020)

Any suggestions?
