Spam

Am I the only one who keeps getting friend requests on discord by people I don't know nor have servers in common with, and like after a few hours or so they send me a really long message about their discord server and a random Minecraft server I haven't heard off before. I block them every time, but somehow they come back every 3 days or so. Am I really the only one with this problem, and can I make it stop somehow, just wondering hence it's getting quite annoying :)
