Offline Status Idea

I've been out for days and haven't had my phone or been able to check pc. I was thinking of maybe there could be a way to have an "Offline Status". so let's say I'm out at a beach for a day or at work. People could see that and know that I'm gone and not just offline for a bit. I feel like it'd just make things easier on some people.
