Make NSFW channels warn each time

I sometimes forget that the channel is a NSFW channel and accidentally click it to see the new messages. I want Discord to warn me each time i click a NSFW channel.

  Yes, exactly. Especially if someone's a streamer, or is at work and has NSFW content on their (or other's) discord(s) and accidentally clicked on said server and they have it show up when they didn't mean to do it.
