Discord embedded video's and Spotify links are FAR TOO loud

Whenever I want to listen to embedded spotify previews or videos my ears start bleeding. After some careful consideration and research I came to the conclusion that it is probably due to the fact that normal voice and embedded video's/songs are disproportionally unbalanced in sound levels without any way to permanently set this. This is especially noticeable with embedded spotify links which are ALWAYS at sound level 200%, or so it seems.
