Don't show blocked users in QuickSwitcher

When a user is blocked, they will still be visible and found by the QuickSwitcher, even if they are blocked specifically so they don't appear there because their names conflicts with (and takes priority over) a channel you visit often.

Blocking really is the red-headed stepchild of discord features (and that's saying something), that feature is incredibly half-assed.
