Option to Mute all Notifications

It would be cool to add an Option like in the picture and maybe even add an option for DM only Notification sounds 

And one more issue I found was Everytime I reload Discord these settings get reset 

They are not synced either so if I mute some notification sounds in the client and then open Discord in Browser the options are not synced so I need to change them again manually which is kind of annoying 

I would like it if the settings are synced so the when ever I open Discord either in the client or the Browser they stay the same rather than Changing the settings again and again
