Voice Chat with hundreds of Listeners and figuring out who the speaker is
In voice chats with e.g. 200 listeners / speakers the list of participants always is sorted alphabetically. The problem with this sorting is that unless you exactly know who speaks you have a hard time figuring it out by scrolling up and down the list (or the tile view) for the search for the green box indicating the speaker.
My suggestion would be to introduce a new (optional) sorting.
Simply sort the user by speaking time - this would solve the problems with easy :)

mmmhm, just found out, there are dozens of feature-request for Voica Chat member sorting ... Probably it's senseless to add another because there seems no motivation from the developer to change anything in the Voice Chat, sadly.
