A Change in the new logo

One of these days I was thinking about the logo that displayed in the desktop, and I thought like "Why is the background a circle? The whole new aesthetic of the new logo is geometric.".
So that's what I did.
The octagon fits, in my opinion, better with the new logo.
It's just an idea.
