option to mute specific users in servers?

i think its strange that blocking someone still gives you notifications when they send messages in a server. if that isn't an option, a separate option to mute specific people the same way you can mute specific channels & not get notifications for them would be very useful!

  I'd really like to be able to specify to mute server notifications for specific users as well, maybe even an option to hide messages as well?
