Custom Hotkey ALT/CTRL mixup

I have a custom Hotkey for the "Deafen" function that is placed on my right "CTRL"-Key.
Issue is, on my keyboard layout (Win10, English for the German Region so QWERTZ) pressing the right "ALT"-Key also triggers the same function without actually being assigned.
