Scrolling Announcements

Have the ability to have a message scrolling at the top of a channel/server. Pins are nice for keeping info readily available, but having the ability to turn on/off a scrolling banner message would help with in the moment announces. An example would be, a video game is about to release an update/expansion, but doesn't have the exact time locked in. They could have a scrolling message at the top of the channel(s) stating the announcement.
