This randomly started happening to me today. I rebooted, killed and re-installed the app, reset my voice preferences, and all the rest of the troubleshooter steps, but it's still happening.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, with a RME Babyface sound card and external mic/headphone. I can hear other sounds from the Discord app just fine (join/leave, toggle push-to-talk when trying that, etc.) Also, others can hear me just fine. My Windows sound quality settings are already at 24 bit, 48 kHz.

When I use the "microphone tester," the volume indicator flashes as normal (consistent with others hearing me just fine,) but I cannot hear the playback of whatever I was saying when testing, so there seems to be something related to decoding and playing back voice chat, specifically.
