Reply automatically mentions

Can we please have the reply function NOT mention on default? So if you do want to mention you can toggle it on instead of the other way around. A lot of people are just lazy to turn the mention off and it is really annoying to get pinged by random people who reply to your message.

  I think it should be a setting that you can either turn or off in settings, that way it's a lot easier to just change it once, and then bingo.

  ^ I don't think that's needed. No one is going to want to have mentions on all the time and people who would want it, are psychopaths. I'd rather just have the quick switch on "off" on default. Right now, people overuse the reply feature by literally quick replying to the message that is right above theirs and you can guess how annoying that can get...
