Cumulative time tracker

Discord already tracks how long you're playing a certain game, so having an option for the account owner to see their cumulative playtime overall would be very handy.

Additionally on mobile the exact time of your current playsession is displayed, but on desktop it rounds to the nearest hour after 1 hour which is annoying, I want to be able to see my exact time on both platforms.
