Can't interact with anything on Discord

Since yesterday, i've been experiencing this new error, in which my discord, all of a sudden, doesn't allow me to interact with anything, i recently got this error by uploading an image but the other times i got it it seemed to happen out of nowhere.

So i can see new messages and all, so my discord isn't just frozen, but i can't click on anything, send a message, nothing. Tho if im on a voice channel, i can still hear them and they can hear me.

I also noticed that to fix this you have to close discord with task admin. And when i check discord's cpu usage and everthing its insanely low when the error happens, like its using 7% of my CPU, and just using 0,1 megabytes per second, sometimes even 0 megabytes per second.
