Please add a setting to completely stop seeing messages from blocked users

Having the option to just open a message from a blocked user completely defeats the purpose of a block button, as I'm just curious to read what it says, open it, and get pissed off as I remember why I blocked that person.

Yes I know that this can make conversations confusing, but I'd rather be confused by not having full conversation context than see their message. 

Many users have been requesting this feature for years, please make it happen.
