I want a feature where you can press a button to send a request to the other person in order to completely purge your dms, saving only the pinned messages but deleting everything else. This would be useful because i often reconnect with people i had arguments with, or rekindle friendships with my ex-partners, and having personal stuff just sitting in there makes me uncomfortable. maybe also add a feature where when you block someone you have the option to completely delete every message you've sent to them automatically.

    Thing is, you can make this via code. You can just enter their id and it will mass purge all of YOUR(not theirs) dms. It is a shame, but there is always around stuff.

    I've been wanting this for years. Telegram has it, I don't see any reason why Discord can't have it too. It's an extremely helpful feature if you just want the bad blood of the past to wash away.
