Mouse Cuts out When Streaming on Discord

Whenever I stream on Discord to any application or screen, my mouse will cut off randomly and I can't use it for a few seconds. This happens every time and I can't even stream games to my friends without possibly losing my mouse ability. I have tried switching resolutions and FPS and even reinstalled Discord. I would love help on this please.
