Stop advertising longer than 2000 character messages when it isn't actually available for everyone
I paid for nitro so I could send messages longer than 2000 messages, then when it didn't work I emailed support and they said it was an experimental feature not everyone has access to. This is ridiculous and is blatant false advertising

Just had this happen to me as well. I was advertised a 4000 character limit if I upgraded, so I did because when you're roleplaying splitting up a long message is a pain in the butt. When I went to send a long message I got an alert saying: "Your message could not be delivered. This is usually because you don't share a server with the recipient or the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends." This was in a server that I own, not a direct message, and since I was advertised a 4000 character limit it should have gone through. Tried splitting the message in half and it went through without issue. I agree with the OP, this is false advertising. Which is against the law. If it's an experimental feature and not available to everyone, then it should only be advertised to those it's available to, or not advertised at all, and clearly state that it's experimental.

This!! Absolutely this!! I have nitro and I’m still stuck at the bare minimum limit. It’s false advertisement truly.
