Discord freezes after posting a photo

Dear Discord mods,

Recently, since the new update came out with the logo change, my Discord on my computer freezes up when I post an image and doesn't do anything. Basically, I post some images here and there, but then when I post an image sometimes, my Discord completely freezes. I can't go into chats, servers, or anything. All I can really do is either expand the window, minimize the window, or exit out of it. When I exit it out of it and open it again though, it's still frozen. I tried running administrator, change some of the settings to my Discord, even reinstall the app on my computer and it STILL doesn't work. The only way for me to able to unfreeze it is when I have to restart my computer.

How do I fix this? Is there a way to fix this? Is this some bad bug I got somehow?

Hi, that really sucks but I have some ideas of some things that might help. I'm assuming you're on a stable build of Discord, but if you aren't you should try downloading the stable build.

The beta and canary builds are much more buggy because they are updated so much more frequently. If you switch to a dev build then hopefully it will be on a patch where whatever bug you're experiencing will be fixed. If you're worried about being on a less stable build of Discord, don't be. I rarely encounter any bugs on them and you can start by downloading the Beta. If that doesn't work you can try downloading the Canary build. Sorry if this didn't work, I'm not a dev but I wanted to try and help you out as best as I could :)
