Channel Override Notifications Menu For Entire Account

There is a similar page for servers called "Notification Settings" under the dropdown next to the server name.

It would be nice if there could be a similar menu for all of the channel overrides on all servers
I have been hearing the notification sound but cant find the channel that it is coming from.

Another thing is is that in the inbox tab it only shows mentions and unreads. There should be another tab for "notifications" Or anything that plays the notification sound.
