Completely new to discord joined a gaming clan

Hi there I could do with some help. Iv recently been doing events for our clan. I need some help. Is it possible to get a bot assigned to each person in the #events section. So when we do a scavenger hunt basically collecting a list of say 30 items. They can just check them off the list.
