Discord banning hacked accounts.

I don't like Discord support... Four days passed since I emailed them describing my problem. Basically, I don't know why, but this new server (Dored HvH) appeared on the server list for three days in a row. I left the server two times, I couldn't get why this was happening but who knows, maybe the owner of this server paid Discord to join people automatically. I think this isn't the case... I'm thinking that maybe someone got access to my account and started joining this server.

Well, this is only the context, the thing is Discord banned me for "selfbotting" (I'm not sure if this is the word they used), spamming on servers, and joining them quicker than a human could do. Obviously, in the case it was me, the account is correctly banned, the thing here is that the one who did this is probably a hacker, but not me... Also, how would I know my account was hacked if Discord never told me... I didn't receive a single message from Discord telling me someone logged in to my account. I have full access to my mail and the 2AF activated, so this is weird. I would like Discord to answer my mail and give me what is mine, I would really appreciate it a lot.

I'm not sure if I have to leave the data linked to my banned account but I won't do that for my safety. Hope Discord helps me... Thanks and hope you guys have a good one.

Received the answer from Discord, the told me:
Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account.

Apparently, their support cannot even take the time to read what their clients say. I've paid for nitro and those things to support the app and they are just banning innocent people. Can you be decent and at least give me the account for one day so that I get back the things I use for my daily job? Thanks... Shame...

    Dark Shadow 💞 Yeah, it's really sad that Discord is banning innocent people. I hope they give the account back to us.
