Turn off other peoples cameras

On mobile there is no option to turn off video which doesn't make a lot of sense if you are on a limited amount of data

    Also, some folks in a VC share their camera with other members of the server, and on mobile there is no way to turn it off. If someone shares something that is interesting to one person but is triggering to another, there is no way to avoid it except to exit the call.

    We should be able to turn off the view of other peoples cameras for safety and curation, just like with streams.
