I accidentally bought Discord Nitro, and the ticket says "Awaiting for your Reply" and I dont even see any emails or messages. How long does it take to get the refund?

    we sent a ticket almost at the same time, its already been 13hrs and still no email.

    Hey they responded to my ticked and i got the refund for the purchase that I've made earlier.

    i'm facing the same issue. i'm tiered of emailing the confirmation emails and i got nothing in return it's been 12 hours i sent the tickets. I'm loosing it.

    yeah that's what I'm saying too. what's wrong with this guys they are huge and i saw companies way smaller than this replied and solved the issues way quicker than this man. I don't  get it.

    And hey check your activities of your account they changed my status to solved which is not and i had to re submit the ticket to make it active or open whatever..

    Then give them the reply with your discord account email and the gift link to that automated email by saying i confirm the refund like that .

    you submitted the ticket right. After a while you get a automated email stating their policies and all and they you need to confirm that you want a refund by replying I confirm that I would like to cancel my Discord Nitro subscription and receive a refund for my account associated with [your email address@gmail.com ] Gift link [   ]  .

    reply this by adding your email and ticket to confirm your refund

    Ohhh thats the problem, I havent received any email yet, and I am sure that I am using the same email with my discord account

    I accidentally bought 30 boosts which was 300 dollars including tax and I've been trying to a refund ever since June 12.

    yes unfortunately there is no response after sending a refund confirmation and the ticket will be automatically changed to solved after 3 days i don't know what is happening anymore i'm pretty much lost hope at this point.
