Discord Nitro bought from Play Store not showing up

Hi guys.

I bought Discord Nitro with cellphone load from the Google Play Store recently. But it says, "There is an issue with your purchase". Can anyone please help me fix this? I am lost right now because I think I got scammed by Google Play. I got Discord Nitro from the Epic Games store, but I am ineligible. I got it for my second account, but I don't have a credit card. I am from the Philippines.

Here's what I tried:

-Uninstalled and reinstalled Discord for Mobile

-Force stopped Discord app

-Requested for a refund, but declined
