Request for Better Grid/Gallery Thumbnail View Video Popout

Something that is done better in Zoom is the little popout window when talking video calling multiple people when trying to watch something together or just be using the majority of the screen on something else (like trying to do work while still seeing little video thumbnails in the corner). The grid is fine when fullscreen, but when the window is made smaller, it's very ineffective for taking up less space overall while seeing as much of your friends' videos as possible. On Discord, there is a lot of black space and padding around the videos (when you're trying to see 3+ videos) even when the UI is hidden. It would be nice if it was more like the Zoom "Floating thumbnail window."
