Gif Glitch

Cannot see favorites added, favorited gifs getting removed upon log out, favorited gifs still SHOWING as favorited but not in favorites folder and any time I try to re add them, everything glitches out and certain gifs will not show, as if theres a set limit of favorites?

Anyone else experiencing this?
