Has anyone ever questioned the validity of those mobile speed cameras?

Recently I got a ticket from one of these things and first of all, I am not a perfect driver (is anyone?!) I can admit to fault and I have paid for my fair share of tickets where I was caught fair and square and I paid without hesitation because I can admit to when i'm wrong/in violation.

But the latest ticket, I am really questioning the validity of it. So, here is the situation. This is a road I travel on every day. I'm well aware of the speed and not to mention I am WELL aware there is a mobile vehicle parked there most days trying to capture speeding cars.

The other obstacle here is, for the past month there has been construction on this road. No, not a construction zone though. But, this road has been reduced to 1 lane for the past month and when they have been finished one lane, they moved to the other lane. The other thing that is notable during this time, is that they stripped the cement from the road, so where the old road ends and the cement was stripped, there is that jagged dip that would actually break your back if you drove past that bump going 63! Which is what they claim to catch me doing. Did I mention the intersection where they apparently caught me is EXACTLY where the unpaved road ends and you go over the bump to get back onto the normal road. So again, you'd have to slow down extremely to get over this bump unless your willing to damage your vehicle and break your butt as well!!!

I will probably end up paying this ticket without argument, just for the sake of convenience but it just really really pains me to shell out my hard earned money when I really feel I am not in violation here and at the least, the camera was possibly malfunctioning or was not calibrated recently. This just all makes zero sense to me!
