blocked messages

I'm sick of seeing blocked messages there should be a way to block the notifications because the server that I'm in has very rude people that need to be blocked

    As someone who can't stand active notifications and must clear them for my mental health, I agree. I *hate* seeing the little "new messages" dot by a channel only to find out those messages came from someone I have blocked. 

    I've blocked them. I don't want to hear from them, and I *certainly* don't want to be notified about them.
