Private, instantaneous voice hot-key

So this isn't a suggestion for a voice channel hotkey or voice notes, nothing like that. 

I think it would be absolutely incredible to add the ability to create a hotkey where you can talk to someone in a different channel immediately without moving to their channel, opening a dialogue box, or having them move to yours. 

For example: My community and I all play very organized Battlefield games. We'll have multiple squads of people, and it would be incredible to be able to organize our squad leaders so that they can have their squads in different voip channels, but be able to communicate with each other every now and then to immediately communicate movement. 

This could work for many, many scenarios outside of that, as well, such as communicating vital information to admins of communities who are in a meeting, too, or maybe just whispering a quick hello to someone in an AFK channel, etc.
