Do not automatically play GIFs when used as a server's icon

Discord has a great accessibility feature where you can disable the option to automatically play GIFs. There are servers using animated images as server icon. I disabled the option to automatically play GIFs, but the server icons are still animated if I hover the mouse over the icon to access the server.

I would really appreciate it if this option would also have the same effect on a server's icon.

  Additionally, on mobile, when you are switching channels in a server with a GIF icon, the GIF will play repeatedly. This is counter-productive to the reduced motion setting and makes mobile inaccessible.

  This feels like an oversight because animated server banners (vs icons) work as-expected with the reduced motion setting. We are unable to use icon animations unless this gets fixed.
