put back the "mentions" tab on iOS (and maybe android, not sure if you ruined the android app or not)

i have no use for stage discovery and i dont think anyone else does either but i always use the mentions tab to check who the hell pinged me while i was asleep since my pings are always spread out over many servers

now if youre not gonna put the mentions tab back can you at least make it a choice because i don't want to join any more servers than i'm already in because thats the whole a‍s⁠‍s reason i need the mentions tab
