Show Videos / Photos contained in a Quote Retweet's original Tweet

Right now, if you post a Twitter link in Discord that is a Quote Retweet of a different tweet with either a video or photo in it, you will only see the text of the Quote retweet, and a link to the original tweet. You would not see the photo / video in the original tweet. It would be nice if you could see the original tweet's video or photo in Discord if a Quote Retweet is posted.
