I can't find the "Read Textual Channels and Read Voice Channels" permission

Hello,

I was doing a server and when I wanted to add a rôle, I couldn't find the "Read Textual Channels and Read Voice Channels" permission that I have to diseable. Can someone tell me if that's normal or not and help me please ?

  Disable the "View Channel" permission.

   

  Also, this is not the right place to ask this.
