An Accessibility Improvement For People Using Bots Regarding Prefixes

Bots should have a little bubble (on the left of their pfp), around the same size of the status indicator and this bubble should have the prefix for the bot. This bubble will only be available for bots and will be customizable to set it to be matching the server-set prefix if needed and will be the global prefix by default. This feature is really helpful for first time bot users or really anybody.

(Also I'm putting this under API feedback and not Accessibility feedback because it will need the introduction of a new endpoint for bots but it fits into both categories.)
