Show that profile banner moving on client side aswell

With the new banner feature, when you uploaded a gif to banner, and you view your own profile then it doesn't show the gif banner moving it's just stuck on the 1st frame.
So it will be better to make the profile banner so that it is moving on the client's side as well when you view your own profile, the same way how we see the GIF on our profile picture moving.
