User input for Slash subcommands

Problem:

With many (sub)commands, this can quickly become very confusing.

Workarround:

A workarround for this is if you simply give an option where you can select the subcommand:

However, there is the problem that if you enter '/jail check', you only have to fill in the '<user>' argument, but not the '<reason>' argument.

Therefore, it would be good if you set up subcommands directly in such a way that you get a list of subcommands, and not all of them in the main menu, as was previously the case, or the option, that as the developer, you set different arguments depending on the user's choices.

If you revise the subcommands, you could e.g. also do it so that you only see the subcommands as soon as you have entered the base command.

Further:

Theoretically, you could also make a setting for the user, whether he would rather see the previous design or the 'tidier' design.
