Discord Support won't answer.

My account got disabled for being underage when I'm not, I've appealed many times. No answers, I have Face and ID to prove. Someone help me out please?

  I presume it's because Epic Games and Discord are partnered now and Epic Games give 3 months of Discord Nitro for free and support teams for both services are filled with request tickets and they're heavily busy. I suggest you wait for up to a week and try to message them again on the same ticket. It'll be really bad if someone would spam tickets because support teams haven't answered you in an hour. 
  
  Also, I think it is weird that your account got disabled for being underage. I'm 17 and I am underage in my country and my account is still working fine for years.
