Ability to opt out from some regions in the automatic voice server region setting process

For information security purpose, I woild like Discord to not automatically set voice server region of any voice channel I connect to, to either servers in Hong Kong or server in Russia. It would be like if Discord can: 1.) Let users configure which voice server regions they don't want to connect to, or 2.) Relocate servers in Hong Kong and Russia to other nearby countries with less information security problem, for example Finland, Armenia, Mongolia, Taiwan
