Removing the Automatic "Disable Noise Suppression due to preformace"

It is very seriously annoying for discord to disable my Noise Suppression out of the blue. I like to keep it on to avoid hearing my loud-ass AC in the background and my Blue-switch Mechanical Keyboard (I'm sorry I cannot change the switches). I honestly get it that you see that my gaming pc is trash, but I cannot do anything about it until I get the money to buy parts!
