Request for New Feature

To keep this short and sweet, I think there should be a discord "read" feature. For instance, if I am in a public discord and I send a message, I should be able to see who viewed that message. This would only be viewable for each person's text. This could also be an interaction feature. 

For example if I saw another person's comment/picture/video/etc. and I clicked their profile or opened a chat with them, that person will be able to see all these things.
