Update League of Legends Rich Presence

Rich Presence uses old champion splash art for some characters like Aatrox and Kayle, and doesn't use any pictures for champions released after Samira. (I think)

League isn't a niche game, so adding updated character splashes to rich presence would be very noticed.

  Im pretty sure only Riot can do this.
