Nitro Gifts

I got charged 4 times (40 dollars in total) + 3 pending payments for Nitro Gifts when I didn't even buy any of those. I subscribed to Nitro through Epic Games store and it was supposed to be a FREE 3-month trial. I contacted the support twice, but they didn't reply back yet.

Any thoughts on what I can do to get my money back? Is there an alternative option to contact Discord about this issue?

    Same problem, I have never given any "gifts".

    There is an issue or a hack on discord. People are stealing nitro from us and I haven't even used my computer. I have changed my password too.

    Remove your credit card information immediately until they fix the issue and ask your credit card company to block the payment for fraud!

    Their support is not even answering. Probably overwhelmed with other people that have been hacked.

    It looks like they have a security issue.

    My father has posted a warning on facebook expecting that they will resolve it as soon as possible.
    Don't hesitate to like it.
