Scam Message from @Invitatioη

Got a message today that's obviously a scam to steal people's money.  I can't reply to them to find out who they are - It says we're "not friends or members of the same server."  So if that's the rules, how did this moron message ME???  And why is there no way to report them, either in the app or here on the site?!?!?!?  Or is something fishy going on, so they get the right (a.k.a. pay for it) to send messages to people with whom they have no relationship at all?  If you won't let us report these morons, at least give us a way to delete these messages.  No, not 'hide'.  DELETE.
