Customized Tiling for Multi-Stream Viewing

Allow customized tiling for multi-stream viewing. When viewing multiple streams, let the user choose what streams to keep enlarged and what streams to "minimize" on the sidebar. It would be really cool to watch multiple people's gaming stream while having their camera feeds smaller on the sidebar.

Another option would be if a user is streaming both their game and their camera, give the streamer an option to overlay their camera on a corner of their game stream.
